If I were to opt for an industry that never show the "no vacancy" board out side its premises and always welcome individuals, yes that is the advertising industries.

Being one of the major industries hiring talented people advertising position will not be outdated. And one significant thing is that no machine can replace the men working in advertising houses. Most of the manufacturing jobs is feared to be absorbed by machine.

It is due to the fact that advertising personnel are skillful people with amazing talent and expertise that no machine can match let alone replace.

The house has grown so enormous and developed an appetite that there seems an ever-growing demand for skilled people.
