Loving Yourself in Your Plus Size Lingerie

As a woman, you should love yourself unconditionally, but I know that this is not always as easy as it sounds. I realize that it may be a long road depending on where you are starting, but everyone can learn to love and appreciate themselves. A good rule of thumb to follow is: treat yourself like you would treat your best friend because sadly, many people treat others better than they do themselves. Imagine if your best girl friend started complaining to you about her weight and saying that she was fat; you would probably tell her she is not and be her personal cheerleader, advisor and support system. Baths are a great time to reflect on the positive things in life and to just enjoy being with you. You could also take yourself out to a movie that you have been dying to see or take a trip to your local mall and get a free makeover from one of the cosmetic counters.

The ideas are endless; it is important to think of things that you love to do and things that make you feel good and loved. Something that may sound silly, but is guaranteed to make you feel better is to slip on some sexy plus size lingerie and put your favorite music on. Dancing around the house or your bedroom in your hottest plus size lingerie is a sure fire way to lift your spirits on any given day. Remember, life does not have to be so serious all the time; relax and enjoy being silly sometimes.
