Real Astrology Is Not Your Average Horoscope

Real astrology is far removed from sun-sign oriented pop astrology and is an incredible medium of exploiting your true potential and discovering the self.

We have the freedom to make our own choices in our daily lives. It also depends on our will as to how we would like to lead our lives at the present moment.

These are factors that definitely influence our everyday decisions apart from planetary and celestial influence, as predicted by our birth chart and horoscope, which play their roles in determining how our lives should be conducted. In fact, real astrology i.e. free will and planetary influence on our everyday decisions are mutually exclusive.

Horoscopes and astrological advice certainly guide us through our lives, but at the end of the day, it is we who decide, what we want in life, how we want to accomplish it and who we aspire to be.

The decision and the initiative are taken by the individual, not by his astrologer or by his horoscope. This is the field of karmic/real astrology, a field of infinite possibilities. Your actions and your thought processes are not controlled and guided and confined by the improper restraints imposed on you by your destiny or character.

They are free. How do we know what is right and what is wrong? What are the ethics and decorum and principles which will help us to live comfortably? How can all of us be happy? The answers to all these can be provided by real astrology.

The karma that is brought by us into ourselves is represented by free will. The fact that we make choices in our lives also results in our zeroing in on our goals and ambitions in life.

Destiny is different from free will in the sense that you are bound by your fate or your actions and their consequences are predestined. You have no hold over them. Free will, on the other hand, will offer limitless vistas of possibilities.

Real astrology is based on our individuality and executing our will. It encourages us to take the bull by the horns and be free-thinkers. This aspect of karmic astrology teaches us to be discerning and selective.

In the world of karmic astrology, spirituality is synonymous with free will. Among the various topics dealt with in real astrology are the planets in the Void of Course, the Water Houses, Quincunx, Nodes, and Semi-sextile.

A good time to finish your current projects is the Void OF Course. The other names of the Water Houses are House 4, House 8 and House 12.

How an individual is connected with his community and with his family can be ascertained from the Water Houses. Our birth/natal chart can enlighten us about certain current lessons that can be learnt from aspects of the zodiac or in other words, Semi-sextile and Quincunx. Our origin, our goal or direction in life along with ways to maximize our potential can be determined from the planetary nodes.
