The FHA has led the way in increasing the availability of home loan and refinance companies to more people over the internet. You can now access application forms for home loans on websites and are able to find an option to suit your circumstances much more easily and quickly. Also, this way of applying for refinance or other home loan option has provided companies with much more uniform procedures for assessing applications which can only be a good thing for anyone looking for a home loan, even if they have a bad credit rating.

The goal of the Federal Housing Association (FHA) has always been to provide an adequate home finance system that is accessible to everyone and it has helped the home ownership rate rise to nearly 70%.
